Designed for safety-critical applications, Cleco’s Global controller are the backbone of the assembly line delivering the highest levels of connectivity, serviceability, and flexibility while providing accurate torque output. The new line of global controller has drawn advanced features from the previous generation like adopting the technical features from the predecessor systems making the software user-friendly resulting in a powerful and economical controller.
The controller is designed to reduce 50% cables, tools, and accessories with its capability to power up to 16 fastening tools including 10 cordless, 5 spindles, and 1 corded tool. The controller not only saves cable management costs but also installation and production costs like maintaining multiple fastening tools, multiple controller backup, repair costs, and many more.
The Global controller includes a system bus to manage internal data flow. It not only avoids outside network burdening but also offers portable connectivity to accessories. Through configurable software menus, controllers allow quick integration providing endless error-proofing combinations.
Apart from the cost saving that the modern controllers offer, one of the key features of these modern controllers is data recording. CooperNet, Cleco’s exclusive data recording and archiving software which allows operators to record and track digital image bolt sequencing, In-depth data management, Oscilloscope Process Management, Operating torque and angle output, and many more. The software can also be operated and accessed remotely without any licensing restrictions. The standard memory reliably stores information of up to 10,000 rundowns per tool to increase uptime.
